Orders and delivery (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) GDPR)
To perform the contract we process your name, e-mail address, the purchased product, payment reference and order history. We keep this data for the statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law.
Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. (USA), which receives the payment data you enter in the checkout directly. Order e-mails are sent through Resend (USA). Data is hosted with Supabase. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Consent and delivery evidence (Art. 6 (1) (c) and (f) GDPR)
When you give your consent at checkout, and whenever you download your purchase, we log the time, IP address and browser user agent. We need this to document your consent to immediate delivery (§ 356 (5) BGB), to prove delivery, and to defend against unjustified payment disputes. This data is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes, at the latest after the statutory limitation periods.
Live chat (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR)
Chat messages, the page you are on and — on your order page — your order details are stored and forwarded to our support team, which answers through the messaging service Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE). The chat uses an anonymous technical session stored in your browser; no tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
