Withdrawal Policy & Refunds

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FENIKS MWM SP. Z O.O., Kobielska 17/17, 04-340 Warsaw, Poland, support@fenikshub.eu) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result.

Early expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you (1) expressly consented that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent at checkout; it is confirmed in your order e-mail.

Our 14-day refund promise

In addition to your statutory rights: if you have not downloaded your file, we refund the full price on request within 14 days of purchase. Just message our live chat on your order page or e-mail support@fenikshub.eu. There is no need to contact your bank — we process refunds immediately.
